Monday - they didn't show and when I called, they didn't have a record of my appointment. Rescheduled for Tuesday.
Tuesday - they showed early than the scheduled appointment (interrupting a business call I had intentionally scheduled around).
They could not explain how the replacement parts worked and why it would start leaking. They quoted the price of installing the new single handle cartridge ($411.00). It fixed the problem, but after disassembling the old cartridge and showing the gentleman how it worked, why it was leaking and reassembling it, I believe it would have worked fine. That's a little beside the point, but what is not, is that when he left, he took my old (now probably working) cartridge with him - without asking whether I wanted to keep it.
All-in-all - a very dissatisfying experience.
