The company was very busy and it took several weeks for them to be able to come out, but they were in regular contact updating me with scheduling (Our job was not an emergency so the wait was not a problem). Professional and pleasant.

Description of Work: We called them to replace a front glass pane in our living room window along with a broken back sliding window. Evidently this job was too small as they would not even grace us with a return phone call. This lack of any contact is unforgivable and they will not be part of our (gradual) overall updating of our home.

+ -1 moreI called Burlingame Glass on Monday. Mike came out to see the window that afternoon and take measurements. Sue in the office was great about calling to schedule, give prices, etc. Marlin and Lucas came on Friday. They were friendly and professional. The window was in a hard-to-reach spot perched high over a hillside, but Lucas was resourceful and figured out a way to get to the window. Quick, easy, professional, and very reasonably priced. I will call this company again if I have other glass jobs that need to be done.

+ -1 moreAwesome! Mike from Burlingame Glass showed up promptly and was VERY professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Not only did he tell us what panes of glass did not need to be replaced, but he showed us how to test them ourselves and also how to fix some other things with the windows. Their price in the end for the glass+installation was very reasonable. Excellent service and I will tell all our friends.
Description of Work: I called for an examination of some antique steel casement windows to see what's possible for refurbishment/restoration. Also, replacement of two other panes of glass.
