They were great. Their customer service was very good, they did a good job with the carpet, and they went above an beyond.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS AND CLEANED THE RUGS IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES. HOWEVER, THE NEXT DAY I HAD A FAIRLY LARGE STAIN IN ONE AREA OF MY LIVING ROOM RUG. THEY DID PROMPTLY COME OUOT AND TAKE CARE OF THIS.
