My wife loves it. She used to use other windows based computers, and with the mac, everything just shows up. We got it directly from the Apple store website. You can buy the extended warranty from them, and you don't have to go through Best buy. I bought my last one in November of 2013. You don't get great prices, but they are excellent products. I like that they have these LED keypads, and the battery on mine lasts about 10 hours.

The experience was fine. They messed up when they were going to repair my computer. They didn't fix it, so they gave me a bunch of extras. They made up for everything. They weren't punctual, when they were fixing my computer.

I FEEL THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON THE REPAIR OF MY COMPUTER. AT THE STORE THEY HELPED ME WITH BACKING UP MY FILES ONTO DISCS TO PREVENT ANY LOSS OF DATA. THE WORK TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN PROMISED, BUT ALL OF THE DATA WAS INTACT WHEN I RECEIVED MY COMPUTER.

AFTER GOING TO OTHER STORES WE DECIDED TO GO TO THE APPLE STORE. WE FIRST BROWSED THE IPOD SECTION THEN DECIDED THAT WE NEEDED HELP. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT. THEY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS REGARDING HOW TO LOAD THE SONGS AND WHERE ON THE INTERNET I CAN GET THEM. VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.
