Anchor Auto Body and Detailing

I had called in and they were very responsive, professional, and friendly. I had sent them an email with photos and I had an estimate that same day. They were open to questions and concerns that I had and explained things in terms that I fully understood. Their staff was courteous and knowledgable. Although I did not go to Anchor Auto Body for my repairs, I will definitely keep them in mind for other work in the future. I highly recommend this business!

The job was done as expected. I don't see a any sign of the pervious dents nor scratches. Just a little pricy than I expected
otherwise everything will be great. The service and work was great.

They were going to call me about the scratch in the leather in the back seat and they didn't do that. They were going to call and let me know when my car was ready and they did not do that. I had to call them a number of times to find out if my car was ready and my calls were not returned. I went over to get my car so I did not have to pay for a rental over the weekend. I ended up having to pay for two days for the rental, when I told them I could bring it back in the morning and only had to pay for 1 day. I wasn't terribly impressed, but they were very nice. I wasn't impressed with the detailing but they did do a good job with the body work.

. The job was done as expected. Just a little personal regrets: I was not able to remember I had another scratch on the rear bumper, and we didn't paint it at the time. Otherwise, everything was fine, and the service was great.
