Angelina the owner/technician was very prompt for the walk through. (She called to let me know she would be 15 minutes late.) I received the detailed estimate a couple of days later. After a delay in the work start date, Angelina, Jessie and Robert showed up ready to work; they were very polite and professional. Angelina takes charge and directs the work. She pays attention to detail and is interested in the completed work looking good. She is careful to test the components of her work. They cleaned up the work site when finished. The work took longer than anticipated, but the crew came back and worked diligently to complete the job to our satisfaction. They were easy to work with -- I would definitely hire them again.
