Alan Canas was and is knowledgeable as to what needed to be done in order for me to collect top dollar for my rental home. Alan Canas was organized and had top resources (interior designer, hardwood/carpet floor person, painter, etc...) to make my rental property so attractive that there was a bidding frenzy. When I tried to rent my property without doing anything to it, I maybe got 2 or 3 people to look at it. After the hardwood floors were refinished and stained, new paint, new top appliances (at a discounted cost), and re-landscaping, Alan hired a photographer, and he created HTML coding for my Craig's List ads. Alan Canas also created a separate web site for people to view the home. This created a bidding frenzy - where I normally would collect $2,400 - I am now receiving $3,100!
