I would recommend Alex in a heart beat. I don't do many reviews but he was outstanding. Kept me informed about decisions I would need to make if the power cord wasn't long enough and the vent dryer coil wasn't aluminum. I had all the necessary parts purchased for him to install ahead of time which helped as well. Thank you Alex!

Has an attitude like he thinks he actually knows what he's doing which he doesn't. He ended up drilling a hole 2-3 inches in size in the back of my cabinet facing the pool, then had to drill a 2nd hole going to my dishwasher for the plumbing lines. He could not explain how he made such a stupid mistake, offered no fix up front nor would I want an appliance who screwed my cabinet trying to fix it. Also my Viking oven's panel was not straight out of the box, told me I had to call a license Viking repair company and he would assist. I was able to fix it myself by adjusting 2 screws on the side panel and never heard from any assistance. Not sure why he charges so much money when he provides rookie work. See the picture of a hole that needs to be fixed now and will never look the same.

Great, he installed it and made sure all holes we cut for the duct work. Cleaned up afterwards as well.

Technician arrived on time, fussed about situation, but did a good job.

Alex is efficient, knowledgeable, and patient. Phone presentation could be better, but in person, he is easy to understand, much friendlier and a great help.

This man knows his stuff and would be worth it, especially if you do not know about dishwashers. He can be a bit overbearing on the phone, but his advice is very sound and he knows about dishwashers dishwasher brands, and I presume other appliances. We would use him again.

Little tricky to get the appointment scheduled as they do not respond to emails, but after a phone call it was easy to get things set up.

He installs hundreds of appliances a year and it showed. He was knowledgeable and performed smart and proper work. Hire him!

I contacted Wizard Appliance Installation on a Wednesday and scheduled an appointment for Friday afternoon.  He arrived at the planned time and completed the work carefully and efficiently. It took less than two hours. The old and new ovens were the same size so no cabinet work was required.  I had purchased the oven in advance from a home improvement store.  The model had recently been discontinued, but the store had a new one out of the box that had been returned. The store was unwilling to provide installation services because it had been returned. He had no problems installing the unit and it works fine.  I was glad to find one the same size, as there are limited choices in 24" wall ovens.  Overall, it was exactly what I needed - an experienced, professional installer to handle a pretty straightforward job.  I would recommend him or use him again for similar work.

Alex was very responsive, professional, and knowledgable. He was able to stop by the week before to give me an estimate, very flexible as we went back and forth about uninstalling the refrigerator, and then once I wanted to set up a time for the uninstall, he was able to fit us in within a few days. 
On the day of, he arrived on time, was able to uninstall all of the appliances as requested, and did a great job of actually getting the appliances out of the house (narrow doorways). He was also able to advise us about other details (e.g., should we get the unit services while it was out), and overall did a great job of communicating the challenges with doing an uninstall and reinstall. He and his worker earned every dime. When we need to reinstall, we will definitely call Alex.

Alex was great. Through a small miracle, he was able to get our Sub Zero back into place (no small feat when the fridge is pretty much as tall as the ceiling!), and he later installed our washer/dryer. He communicates very clearly and takes his time, making sure to do the job right. Again, highly recommended!

Alex came by a few days before to inspect the project and inform me of the cost and what would be needed to prepare for installation/removal. He showed up on the install day and completed install in a few hours. He was very careful, and respectful and didn't damage anything, afterwards he and his assistant cleaned up and hauled the old A/C unit away. Nice job!

I spoke to Alex on a Saturday, and he made an appointment to come out the following Monday. He reinstalled my dishwasher which was originally poorly installed by the amateur homeowner (myself!). He ran out to get a few parts and it was re-installed perfectly with a new water line and a proper electrical connection.
Highly recommended.

Alex showed up on time, installed the dishwasher and checked to make sure that it operated properly. He next used some extra lumber and the installed levelers to lift the stove to the same level as the kitchen counters. He then shimmed the refrigerator so it was level even though the underlying floor is not level due to uplift by a large oak tree. Next he rearranged the service lines on the washer and dryer and moved them into the desired location. Lastly, he thoroughly cleaned up after himself, leaving our kitchen ready to use.

He arrived when he said he would, put in the hood according to specs, was courteous and professional.

Alex and his team are consummate professionals in every way. For a service as seemingly simply as reinstalling an existing stove or fridge, Alex approaches his work with the utmost seriousness and attention detail. He took extreme care with my appliances and the surrounding floors, counters, plumbing and gas connections, explaining in clear detail what was required for the job, and what steps he would not be willing to take to save time to labor. This to me, is the first sign of a professional - they will refuse to the job if it can't be done right. Alex made scheduling accommodations to work around my other vendors who were not as trustworthy as he, and he and his staff were charming, clean, and prompt during all of their work. I cannot recommend him more highly.

It went well. He came, gave an estimate, then came back at the appointed time and performed the work for the amount of the estimate. Couldn't ask for more than that.

Spoke to Alex on a Sunday. He came in and gave us a (free) estimate the very same day. He came in the next day (within the time-frame agreed on), and moved/installed the refrigerator.
The move involved a good deal of measuring, maneuvering, and heavy lifting. All of which was achieved with patience and care. Alex was also very patient, polite and professional.
I would use this business again.

I called and got an estimate over phone. Alex asked a lot of good questions, so he knew exactly what needed to be done. He offered to do the installation the next day, but that didn't fit with my remodel schedule. We agreed on an installation date (a Sat.). He called me when he was on his way and showed up on time. He had the correct installation parts with him and completed the installation in about 2 hours. I am very satisfied with his work.

He called to inform us that he is running late... Soon after he started work.. He solved some installation issues by communicating with the manufacturers service support. He did a clean job as humanly possible..
