Called in Spoke to Anna and make sure you ask for her. Great customer service and I would have her take care of me anytime and everytime. Customer service at its finest. Work was done in a timely manner and scheduled smoothly.

The service was not completed properly and water vapor and lint have been venting into the dryer room.

This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. They've been unable to fix my dishwasher for over three weeks, and it's clear they have no idea what they're doing. I've repeatedly explained that the problem is insufficient water coming into the dishwasher, but they refuse to listen and keep insisting that replacing the drying rack--yes, the drying rack--will somehow fix the issue. On top of that, the manager's behavior is completely unacceptable. Instead of addressing my concerns, they thought it was appropriate to yell at me over the phone. It's shocking and beyond unprofessional. To make matters worse, the receptionist who answers calls doesn't even understand appliances, which is absurd since she's the main point of contact for customers. Her lack of basic knowledge just adds another layer of frustration to an already terrible experience. The scheduling is a disaster, and I'm now left waiting for several more weeks for them to even show up. I'm beyond upset, completely unsatisfied, and would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone.

The company West Coast Chief repair has a great service and addresses work orders on timely manner. Their technician have very good customer service and very respectful to our company and our tenants.

They came out the same day, diagnosed and fixed it (short in the wire) quickly and for $200. Service was quick, responsive and reasonable. I would call them again.

We had West Coast come out and took a look at the dishwashing machine. He reset the sensory and adjusted the problem with the door - then recommended if the sensor malfunctioned again, stated that it may be cost effective to purchase a new machine oppose to replacing the expensive sensor. I appreciated his explanation and recommendation.

So far so good. They did the work about a week ago and my a/c is working well. I called them, they set up the appointment - offering one the next day or the day after - they arrived early, gave me a call before they arrived, and everything went very smoothly.

The fuse was burned out, the replaced the fuse and now everything is working find.

I liked them very much as they kept me updated on time of arrival and when parts will be in.

I received a phone call as soon as I inquired on Angies List. Very prompt on the call and sending a nice young man to evaluate the situation. He said he would need to order parts and I would hear from the office in a couple of business days how much it would be. That was December 16. Today is December 31. I have not heard a word back. It would have been fine if they had called and said how much it would cost and advise against the repair, but there was no follow up at all. Needless to say, I’ve replaced the refrigerator.

Once the estimate was rendered and the deposit was collected, they lost all respect for my time, arriving late and making me take off work several times needlessly. Price was incredibly high for the work done. I will not use them again.
