Tri-tech was very punctual and professional.  Vic did a good job with the estimate and Cierra did a nice job with the coordination of the project.  They finished very quickly and did a great job with sending out a cleaning crew to wipe up every last speck of dust.  I would use them again.

We had a pipe break and lots of water damage to our wood floor. The emergency crew that came out was really great--quick and considerate, and they did a thorough job I thought. Because they were recommended by Auto Club and I was so impressed, I decided to use them for the floor repair. I don't have the energy to go into it at length, but see my previous comments. They delayed and delayed and said it was due to matching the wood. Three weeks later they responded to my fourth call and said, we will speak to the wood rep tomorrow. When I complained to Auto Club, they said Tri-Tech had lost their preferred status with Auto Club and were no longer a recommended contractor. They wouldnt discuss details but they said there had been a lot of problems. Thanks to them, our floor was delayed several months, and we had to start from scratch with a new contractor--quite a lengthy process when you are going through insurance. It took a total of five months to get our floor completed. Tri-tech was very poor with call backs and follow through. And in the end, they didn't seem to care much about losing my business. Take your business somewhere it counts!

They are absolutely amazing. They communicate exceptionally well, there are literally there when you need them, they discussed all options and guide you through the process. It’s amazing workmanship. I want to send a huge thank you George, Arthur, Harry and the whole team.

In early February we discovered a leak in our main plumbing line, our insurance company sent out Tri Tech Restoration to provide an estimate. It was determined that we would need a whole new cabinet built and that Tri Tech would resurface the remaining cabinets so that they all looked identical. I looked on Angie's list prior to agreeing to use their service and the reviews were fine.

The project started out well with the estimation on Feb 25, and with the first crew of workers  arriving on the 28th  to do the patching, painting and boxing up of my kitchen cabinets. I was so pleased with the work and was told it would be about three weeks that my kitchen would not be usable, meaning, no running water, no sink, no refrigerator and no stove. I felt this was acceptable. On March 5, a crew showed up to take down the cabinets doors and drawers and stain the cabinet to match the new cabinet being built. It was now another two or three weeks before anyone showed up again. When the new cabinet was brought back, it was darker than the others in my kitchen; so now nothing matched and the drawers and doors were lighter in stain color. The cabinet installer did not see a problem with this. I had to argue with the cabinet builder, estimator and project manager, who never came to my home and seldom answered his phone. This was now six weeks into the project and still my kitchen would not be usable. We decided to use a different contractor for our counter tops due to a more reasonable price then what Tri Tech quoted. We feel that because we did not have them do this portion of the work that their service level started to deteriorate. We were told by Tri Tech that they would not return until the counter tops were installed, again leaving me with an unusable kitchen. it was at the end of the 8th week when I was finally able to get my kitchen back.

We paid Tri Tech up front and in full with the money that was provided from our Insurance company, they now owe us over $3000 for the work they did not provide and it still has not been reimbursed to us 13 days after we reviewed the job with the original estimator. We just called Tri Tech and the check has not been issued at this point.  The estimator asked me to do an evaluation using a 1-10 scale, I gave his company a 5. I would not recommend this company to anyone that wants to see a professional job done in a timely manner.

Excellent. Very professional group of people. This was my second time using the company. The first time was water damage in my home and replacement of kitchen granite. So I decided to use them again for my son's condo. I was confident they could do a good job since they were one of State Farm's restoration companies I could use.
 
I found everyone I worked with at TriTech extremely helpful and caring from Tom Hansen, the estimator, to Samantha Garcia the coordinator to Harry D another coordinator. Samantha and Harry, the coordinators kept me in the loop throughout the entire project.
In particular Harry P and his great team were amazingly helpful and his excellent teams of Artur (re-framing, drywall, and all around handy guy) and Alex, painting, did a really terrific job. They were very understanding of the situation and guided me throughout the process. They helped me reduce my stress level about all of the pieces of this job. Unfortunately I bought the wrong size bathroom vanity from Pacific Sales without checking with them and it was going to cost me a 25% restock fee, but they helped me figure out how to make it work and I did not lose any money. I was really appreciative. The team was very neat, cleaning up after themselves and respectiveful.
I will continue to use this company when I need other work done that I pay for.

I have hired them on two seperate occasions for large projects. I think they are the best company I have ever had work for me. I trusted them completely in my home and I didnt' feel like I needed to watch over them. They are very professional and there is always someone that speaks English well. They are extremely detail oriented. They do not make a mess and they take all of their supplies home with them instead of leaving them behind. They are very considerate of your home and do not clean their supplies at your home. The work was done in a condo and there were no complaints by the neighbors for any mess or noise. I am very happy with their services.

They did a beautiful job on our roof. The work was very well done. They got the job done in a timely manner. I was not around much during the work but they did seem to work diligently. My son that lives here with me thought they did a good job. The price must have been reasonable or he would have told me. I do not know what the price was anymore.

They were awful. You have to work around them. You can't ever contact them until you've tried three times at least. Once you've got a human to speak to, then you're told that they want to get you back on track as soon as possible, but you have to be available during their working hours. You rarely get to talk to the person who is actually doing the work for you. The accounts department paid themselves before the work was done and then wanted me to contact AAA (my insurance company) to tell them to refund the $5956 to me! The accountant yelled at me for saying I'm not having the work done and that she should arrange for a refund. You deal with a different department each week. It took them 6 weeks to leave the job half-done! They are smoothly arrogant.

Excellent client servicing by in-house coordinator. Very good, detailed estimate, work done on time, good finished product.

TRI TECH CAN COME BACK AND REPAIR MY HOUSE ANYTIME. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THAT THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH, WORK WAS COMPLETED BY THE DATE SPECIFIED, AND LOOKED BETTER THAN NEW.
