They were great. Highly efficient and great price.

There were a lot of phone calls back and forth as I wanted to coordinate the roofing job with the installation of the new HVAC unit (which was to be installed on the roof , and the work started after the old roof was removed). Anthony, the owner/president was very responsive to my needs and agreed to wait a day before coming back to start putting the new roof on, so the the HVAC people could install the new ducts, flashing, vents, etc. The re-roofing did take a bit over 2 days instead of 1, but that wasn't the roofer's fault. It turned out that a LOT of the wood under the roof had to be replaced, as did all of the tiles edging the roof (they were original, and just crumbled when removed). Anthony kept me in the loop the entire time, so that I knew about the extra work and materials and he worked with me on the extra cost. He came out each day to check on the job progress. The workers were polite, professional and cleaned up each day. Didn't even leave one drop of tar! I put out coffee & doughnuts for them, as well as Coke. Don't often get polite, pleasant workers. Anthony even came back after the HVAC unit was installed on the roof to make sure the roof was okay. And, his company will do a re-inspect every 2 years. As his business card says, they are definitely "The Right Choice".

They were fairly responsive. They wanted to charge us at least $1500 and I think we ended up spending $750. Their price was actually in line with what we ended up paying someone else to do the job that they should?ve done. They were way overpriced for the job that they did. We had a bad experience with them. We had some disputes with the bill and ended up going to the small claims court. We eventually paid only half the amount that they had initially asked for. We also had to hire someone else to fix the mess that they had created.

I can't begin to say how much I am impressed with this company. From the first day of ripping off my old roof to the last finishing details five days later, Bob Lee and his guys went way beyond what I would have ever expected. They were so friendly and pleasant every day and so eager to address any concerns I had (and I'm a perfectionist). The quality was as close to perfect as one can get. They cleaned up every day and in the end they got my yard and patio looking as if they had never been there. They even touched up my paint job. I got four estimates and talked with the owners of each company and went with Bob Lee and Total Roofing because he was the only one that was going to put galvanized metal behind a Turret which had leaked for fifteen years and water comes rushing down. Every other company was going to put a lesser quality torch down material that would only last for 10 years max., and to top it off Bob's bid was the lowest of them all. I've never had such a great experience with a contractor in my life. I give Total Roofing the highest recommendation I can give and will recommend them to all my friends in the future.

I have a 1929 spanish house that had a roof that was probably just as old. It had a tremendous leak that was discovered during a roof test Total Roofing suggested we perform. I also had an old leaky skylight. Lastly I had some broken clay tiles and and a leaky down spout. They replaced the roof, replaced the bad tiles, the old skylight and leaky down spout. The majority of the work was done in a day and the skylight took a little longer as it was a custom order.

They were not real responsive. They gave me an estimate. They wanted $400.00 for deposit. A couple of weeks went by with no call. I called the owner. They returned my call the next morning.

I DIDN'T REALLY TALK TO THEM MUCH. THEY QUOTED US THAT THEY WOULD GET STARTED IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS AND IT WAS A COUPLE OF MONTHS BEFORE THEY STARTED. ONCE THEY GOT STARTED, THEY GOT FINISHED IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.

ROOFING CAN BE VERY DIRTY, AND THIS COMPANY CERTAINLY TRIES TO REDUCE THIS FACT. THIS COMPANY IS ON TIME, EXCELLENT WORK AND GOOD MOTIVATED EMPLOYEES. THEY HAVE BEEN DOING ROOFING FOR ME FOR OVER 15 YEARS.

ORIGINALLY STATED MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE WORK WAS REQUIRED. WORK REQUIRED TWO TRIPS AND HE SHOWED UP UNANNOUNCED FOR SECOND TRIP. VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT WAS DONE.

THE WORKER WAS POLITE AND HE WORKED WITHOUT INTERRUPTING MY FAMILY A LOT. IT TOOK HIM A COUPLE OF DAYS TO FINISH HIS WORK, WHICH WAS A LITTLE OF AN INCONVENIENCE, BUT THE PRICE WAS GREAT. HE ALSO DID A GREAT JOB WITH THE INTERIOR.
