They are a great plumbing company. They were at my house last week and they were amazing. They were clean, professional and the price was lowest I have seen ever for the work they did. What had cost me $400.00 with another company for a similar problem a year ago, Thrifty Rooter did it for $100.00. 4 times less than their competitor! It was a terrible emergency, as you can imagine and they were here super fast, they fixed it quickly and they didn't take advantage of the situation as far as price. I would give them an A for everything. I would absolutely use them again. I had a friend refer them to me.

They were good. I had a giant pool of sludge under my house. So, they replaced all of the waste water pipes under my house. The service cost me over $1000. They were very fast. They came out right away. They recommended somebody to clean the sludge before they worked on it. They came out and did the work very fast. The plumbers came back and fixed everything within a day or two. They were quick and they were very professional. I will use them again in the future, if required.

They are very efficient and economical. They were professional, on time and I believe they gave me the price they gave me 3 or 4 years ago. I think the price I paid for this job was $180.

After a slight delay due to a communication error from the receptionist to the plumber, the switchboard remedied it quickly and sent over Jeff -- Quick as light, polite and competant, he cleared our clog (which we'd addressed with every drain-cleaning self-remedy except for Plasticman himself) by pulling out a massive 3-year clump of our hair. The cost was a steal--$75. We hadn't gotten a quote for under $125 for this service. They were worth every penny and more.

The plumbing company was amazing. I was really happy with their service. Usually, whenever any of the rooters find a problem, they always recommend a re-pipe. These guys believed that I didn't need to change the pipes, and cleared it out. Their price was way lower than what I was expecting. They are going to come out once a year and do the plumbing instead of me paying a large sum of money to have my pipes changed.

They were good and we were very pleased with them. They were on time, and if they were going to be late, they would call us. They were neat and clean. They were reasonably priced. The guys who came out were experienced and they didn't take too long on the job.

First my bathtub started backing up, then the sink. I called Thrifty Rooter, which was referred to me by a friend who said he's been using them for 19 years. They arrived 30 minutes after I called and properly diagnosed the problem (main line) and cleared it within an hour. I was surprised at how reasonable the price of the whole thing was considering I'd had the exact same service done a couple of years ago and it had cost about 3 times as much. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience and would recommend them to anyone who has drainage issues.

George snaked for 50' through my kitchen drains, but the problem persisted. Then he snaked through my clean-out pipe outside my home for 25'. Still, the problem persisted. I know he cleared something in both attempts, because I heard and saw it. To do a heavier clean out process he would have needed to get a partner to help him get heavy equipment down the stairway, and we hadn't scheduled for that. He felt I would be OK, even with the gurgling, but wanted to be sure if there was anything more he could do. So he went under the house to check the pipes there. He found that he couldn't snake there because of the way the pipes there were set up. If he got the snake in, a flap mechanism would prevent it from getting back out. George provided me with a cap for my clean-out valve and removed the extended clean out pipe, so I would have just a smaller pipe sticking up out of the ground. George was very polite. He didn't mind my watching and asking questions and he was very helpful in explaining everything. Even though the problem persists, I feel he did the best he could in improving the situation.

Noticed we had slow drains from both showers at 7:30 am, called Thrifty at 7:45 am, said we believe we need our main sewer line snaked (we had tree root problem, before) Thrifty promised help between 9:00 and noon. Service person (Martin) arrived around 11:00, job took about an hour, was done carefully, not hurried, not slow, considerate about cleanup afterward.

The prices were far cheaper than other companies and he is a licensed contractor. He is professional and does excellent work. I was pleased with the service and I would recommend them to anyone.

THEY TOOK ALL THE NASTY AND DIRTY WATER OUT AND REPLACED IT WITH BETTER AND CLEANER WATER SO IT WON'T STINK AND SMELL LIKE BEFORE AND WON'T BOTHER US.
