THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO INSTALL GUTTERS AND GUTTER GUARDS ALL AROUND THE HOUSE. MY HUSBAND WALKED AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE HOUSE WITH THEM AND THEY TOLD HIM THAT THEY INSTALLED ALL OF THE GUTTERS AND THE GUTTER GUARDS. HE WAS ON THE GROUND, SO HE WAS TRUSTING THEM BECAUSE YOU CAN'T SEE THE GUTTER GUARDS FROM THE GROUND. AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS, WE NOTICED LEAVES ACCUMULATING ON THE GUTTERS AND WONDERED WHY IF THE GUTTER GUARDS REALLY WORKED. WE LOOKED AND FOUND THAT THEY DID NOT INSTALL GUTTER GUARDS ANYWHERE, ONLY THE GUTTERS. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND HE SAID HE WOULD ORDER THEM. HE HAS TOLD US MANY TIMES THAT HE WOULD BE OUT TO INSTALL THE GUTTER GUARDS, BUT HE HAS MISSED SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS AND HAS NOT COMPLETED THE JOB. HE KEEPS GIVING EXCUSES AND HAS NOT COMPLETED THE JOB.
