After 15 years of banking with TCFCU I had a CD mature and went to roll it over.  I have always in the past brought in a print out of what other banks both brick and mortar as well as on line were offering and they matched no problem. I came to find out last week this has all changed. I was directed to Eric Dosch the branch manager. I was treated with complete indifference as well as him having no interest in matching other banks rates.  I got a better rate elsewhere and am off to greener pastures. I have dealt with several manager roll over cd's the past 15 years. I have a laddered my cd accounts none offered the resistance or the could care less attitude Mr. Dosch presented me with.
