Overall, the experience was great. When I first arrived I was hesitant, because it is run out of the guy's house (I wish I could remember his name). It turns out that he works for Panasonic during the day but also helps people with their cameras in his spare time. Anyway, he looked at the camera for about ten minutes, then figured out what was wrong and fixed it. He didn't charge me anything for it either, which I thought was very good customer service. If I ever have another problem with a camera, I now know where to go. Do yourself a favor though and call ahead to schedule an appointment--since it isn't a normal store or business he isn't always there during normal business hours.
