It went over ok, they did good work, but overall just an okay experience, there was not much explaining of what was being tested and the guy ran a little late to the appointment.

In this particular case we needed a new hot water line due to a remodeled room. Pat gave us an estimate and scheduled and completed the job in a very reasonable time period. Story Plumbing is a reliable, competent, practical and pleasant company to work with. We call them when we need a job done or need maintenance. The estimate is always explained well and adhered to.

He is responsive, competent and honest. He is a great plumber. He does everything you would hope a plumber would do. He can troubleshoot things and I've known them for so long. He is an excellent plumber.

He does good work but he's somewhat hard to get a hold of at times. But if he says he will do the job, he will get it done. He will set the appointment and show up on time.
