Description of Work: I was fortunate to contract Shea before the big 'roof rush'.They were very professional and efficiant workers.I had to have a complete tear of and also tied in a new air/heat system.They recommended a contractor and worked with them to coordinate installation.Both jobs were done within one week.my only qualm was the garage and driveway still had a small amount of debris which needed to be swept and cleaned up.

Description of Work: A new roof in time for El Nino! Shea Roofing was terrific to work with....on time (or early), extreme attention to detail, clean....what more can you ask for? I had to have several layers of roof removed before putting on a new one, and the job was done beautifully!

Description of Work: Tore off old roof and install new roof shingles on house and stand-alone garage. They took 2.5 days and the crew was quick, thorough and professional. My only complaint (except for the price which appeared to be a little high) was that the crew did not let me know when they were leaving and I did not know what time they would be coming back because I had to give them access to the yard. They did a good job of cleaning up the yard and the lawn. I did not find a single nail anywhere. Also, although they swept the garage of debris when they were through, they should have covered up some areas with tarps because I found roof dust in some places. All in all, they did a good job and I would hire them again.

Description of Work: Did not hire , called said he would be a little late but not 2 hours late. write out an estimate in his truck that took about 30 mins. Give me a price that was very expensive almost 3 times another roofer was going to repair my roof for I guess thats why he driving a brand new truck. Don't call this roofer.

+ -1 moreShea Roofing is a really nice family run business. They did an excellent job for me and the clean up afterwards was perfect. If I ever need a new roof or any other roofing work done I will definitely call them again.
Description of Work: They did some repairs around our chimney and removed and replaced the shingles on my 1,250 square foot home. The job took about 8 hours over 2 days to complete.

+ -1 moreMonday, at 12:30pm, Jeff calls and asks me about the leaks. He confirms that he will be out at 1:30pm. At 1:45pm, his office manager calls to inform me that we live too far away (he's in Burbank, I'm in West Hills) unless it is a big job (ie.complete re-roof). Why didn't they say so in the first place, and why didn't Jeff just tell me himself? And I'm curious because without looking at the house and the location of the leaks, how can he tell how big a job it is? My current estimates are around $6,000. Does that sound small to anyone?
Description of Work: I called Shea Roofing (on a Thursday morning) and asked them to come out and give an estimate for roof repair. I was told Jeff would be here on Monday between 1:30 and 2:30.
