Adam from pro one was very friendly and responded to emails/phone calls very quickly. He was very flexible with our schedule and delays with materials. He provided a lot of suggestions and alternatives to what can be done for different prices. At his first visit he spent a lot of time talking to us about what we wanted to do, and seemed to be very detailed and quality oriented. As work progressed, there were a few conversations about things needing to cost more because they weren't included in the price. For example, additional charge to make the vanity fit with the existing plumbing correctly, whether or not caulking the baseboards should be included in the price of the installation. Eventually the caulking was included but seemed more like a favor. Also, an extra 250 dollars was charged on top of the installation price to cut the back of the vanity cabinet and add different drain pipes (not inside of wall). After all the remodeling had been done, there were some areas around around the floor tiles that had grout where there shouldn't be grout. Our shower pan doesn't completely drain without using a squeegee. The shower hardware was installed very quickly at the end of the job, the handles are not symmetrical and become loose very easily, it was explained that they would require further adjusting with different parts, but that was left for us to take care of because he knew my husband was handy, but it would have been much better if he took the time to get it to work right himself. Different people have visited my house and pointed out that they could see the lines where the sheets of mosaic tile were joined. He did thoughtfully include some miscellaneous work free of charge. ie. changing the threshold and caulking the exterior gaps. Overall, very friendly service, contract needed to me more detailed, as a detailed oriented designer myself, the quality could have been better. B-

Framing and subfloor install. One was 3'x3' over stairs and the other was 5'x6' to extend out over existing beam from existing loft. Quick, quality work. I was going to get extra work, but his time frame didn't match ours.

Adam and his crew couldn't have given me a better experience in the entire first floor remodel. Adams knowledge, attention to detail, and suggestions were perfect and cost effective. Never wanted to sell me more work than needed, always explained everything he was going to do, just wouldn't hire anyone else after working with Adam and Pro One Construction.
