They did an outstanding job for me. When they say that they'll have it done by a certain date, it's done.

It lasted me for 3 years. They have excellent service and response.

I had service performed at the Savon 2 location in Reseda. I think the name of the woman running the store is Lori? I think that she was very good to work with has a great supply of hard to find parts, and I think she tries to give a good service but I have to say that I was a little disappointed in one aspect. They refinished the cooktop portion of my freestanding range top in a white porcelain paint and it came out good except I think there is a small hairline spot of rust showing through so I think that when they cleaned it up for refinish they may have missed a spot of rust. When I brought this up to her over the phone after getting it home, she told me there would be nothing they could do about it. As long as it doesn't get worse and show more, I can live with it but I don't think that their policy of not standing behind the work is a good policy so I would look elsewhere in the future. Also, it took about 2 months to do the work which was about a month more than it should have

They took the whole stove apart, cleaned it very thoroughly and replaced any parts that needed to be replaced. They did a very thorough job. They rented us a replacement stove to use while our stove was being repaired. The only thing I was displeased about was that they did some touch-up finish work on the porcelain paint and it was not an outstanding job. I was satisfied with their services.

We were looking for a period stove and walked into this store and found heaven. In this day and age where companies are all about the nickel and dime-ing the consumer for installation items or delivery price, it was nice to hear her say it was included with the purchase. (Whether the price had been upped to take that into consideration is for debate - it was just nice to not have to have that conversation at all). Again, unlike the big consumer stores, she was completely agreeable to making payments over time and even offering to deliver our stove if 50% payment was concluded with taking post-dated checks for the remainder due upon delivery of the item! We even got a follow-up call to confirm the depositing of the checks was still ok (we had indicated one of us may stop by and pay the remainder with a credit card). We are very happy with our stove and Marsha is a wealth of knowledge regarding the history of the O'Keefe and Merritt company - free of charge we received a history lesson as part of the purchasing process. When the time comes for another item we will be returning for sure.

Staff was friendly, service was good and above all price was excellent.

They were recommended to me by a friend. They are excellent. I do not recall pricing but I got such a great deal. Everything was just absolutely perfect with them. It was a great experience dealing with them and I am very pleased.

THE TWO MEN HAD GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF THE STOVE AND WHAT WAS NEEDED FOR THE INSTALLATION. THEY HAD THE CONNECTION PARTS ON THEIR TRUCK AND THE RIGHT TOOLS AND EXPERIENCE TO COMPLETE THE JOB.
