First when I called he was very patient with me. He told me of Drivers Ed class that he backed, which meant when two weeks went by after class finished and no certificate came in mail. I called Roland personally and he answers phone. Roland himself delivered certificate to my house next day no extra charge. Total 12.00. Online, but some online services I am sure will not deliver to your door if problem. I was impressed. Then when I asked about driving lessons. Since my grandson is 16 yrs, he recommended 2 lessons 80. (Each 2 hours) to get mu grandson familiar with driving and then I could do third lesson whenever I wanted (law requires 3 lessons). Very pleasant instructors came right on time. New car 2 steering wheels and 2 brakes my grandson said. Just all around great service!
