DO NOT CALL Rob Reilly Painting

Rob Reilly and his crew were amazing. I have worked with about five other house painters over the last 15 years. This was the biggest painting job I have ever needed done, and by far the best experience. Rob and his crew were incredibly professional, polite, efficient, and timely. Cleanup was meticulous, as was attention to protecting furniture or other items that they had to work around. Above and beyond excellence in general painting, there were several challenges in the remodel that Rob met and exceeded. One room had original wood paneling that had been treated with an oil-based stain many years ago and then badly painted over, in such a way that the original oil stain bled through. Rob was able to make the wood paneling look better than new. Several sections of the original 1930s crown molding in the living room and an original fireplace mantel had been damaged by water intrusion. Rob and his crew were somehow able to strip off the multiple layers of paint from the crown molding, restore it, and repaint it so that the restored areas are indistinguishable from the originals. They similarly restored the fireplace mantel. I was blown away. He also sustained a number of custom cabinets, with equal attention to detail.
