Quality and craftsmanship of work was poor. Hard to communicate with laborers due to language barrier. Later inspection revealed that not all work was done. Only resealed about 3/4 of roof edge and missed some of the vents. Had to return three more times to fix leak.... still leaks. Employee who came for the redo was rude. Showed up for the first redo with some white caulking which he applied along the edge of the black roof. Real eye sore. These guys put a new roof on my house about 20 years ago and I thought they did a good job. Recent inspection revealed quite a few faults.... Always inspect work if possible.

They replaced the roof. They reused the concrete tiles they had. I heard about them from a distributor that I had already worked with. The company which made the tiles recommended Richter roofing as one of the roofing they could do. They had given me a charge which was not told to me. It seemed like an extra billing. They didn t come out to clean the whole thing while I thought they would I hear about that from lot of roofers. They were pretty good. They are hard to communicate with though in terms of returning calls and what not. I guess that is typical too. It seemed a problem because I also had someone else to move the water panel on the roof. I wanted then to talk to each other but it took me a month to get them to do that. I needed two different people to be doing it simultaneously so that it would work. Anyway, they were alright. The price was fine.
