We have had problems with a pocket door to our bathroom for a number of years. It came off the track a number of times. This final time it came off in a big way. I contacted three handymen including Ralph. The others said they were almost sure we would have to break out the wall to replace the track, the cost would be in the range of $1,000 and it would take three days. One could not come out for over two weeks. Ralph said he could come in two hours. He did. He was able to solve the problem and replace the track and trucks (with a better and newer track and truck combination) in less than one day without breaking into the wall. No re-plastering will be required. We could not be more satisfied.
