I have been visiting for about 7-8 years. I have been very pleased with their services. The staff is very courteous. They are very conveniently located. I have had no problem scheduling with them when I need to get in.

The service went okay. The pricing was very high for what they did. I ended up changing to a different vet because of the cost. I did really like the vet and the staff. They were thorough and were not high pressure. I had no difficulty scheduling the appointment for when I needed to get in.

I have been visiting for about 3 years. They make is very easy to schedule when you need to get in. They are very accommodating and great at following up after your visit. They will email me to let me know when the cat is due for a checkup. The staff and vet do a terrific job. They are great with the animals and their owners. The pricing is high but they provide a high quality service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

They are happy to answer all of my questions and are great at following through. Shawnie, the office and lab assistant, has been at the vet for a long time. Everyone is very caring and I have no complaints about their service. I have had no issues with scheduling when I need to visit. They are very flexible with my schedule. I have recommended them to several others. I have moved and still travel to see them.

I have been visiting for about 5 years. The staff is very personable and care a lot for the animals. They keep us informed on what is going on while the animals visit. I am not quite sure how personable the vet is and seems to be a little stand off-ish. I took the cat in for boarding once and the cat was pussing while there. They extracted a tooth and did not inform us they were doing so beforehand. I have had no problem scheduling with them.

I have been using the company for at least 8 years. They are are convenient to my home. Shonie, the receptionist, is very relaxed and has a sunny personality. My dog behaves while he visits. My dog does not do the best with strangers but the staff does well with him. The chief vet has been pretty nice to us and the dog has not had any medical problems since going here. I have not had any difficulty scheduling an appointment when I need to visit. They have a lot of brochures available about pet insurance. The facility is very clean. I do not like that I have wait on hold for so long when I call in. They are very good at sending email updates and newsletters. They have great commination skills.
