we originally hired a big name plumbing company that could not diagnose or clear the blockage in two visits. Fortunately I gave up on them, and hired Premier 1 Plumbing through Home Advisor. Premier had all the equipment including cameras and tools that could trace the sewer pipes under the slab. They were able to diagnose the cause of the blockage and clear it. It was cast iron pipe corrosion in the main sewer line under the slab which was backing up into the washer and one bathroom. They worked hard and resolved the issue within a few hours. Kevin and David had the expertise, and Premier has invested in the camera and equipment to resolve problems like this. We are looking forward to getting their recommendations to avoid future main line blockages.

This has been my best experience. I had other contractors that gave me unreasonable quotes, but this company was all different. He was very polite and patient since he answered all of my questions, and he followed the right process to perform the work well. I am very satisfied with this company since they also confirmed the job was done as needed. I highly recommend them. As a woman I felt very comfortable and safe having them work in my house.

I was exceptionally happy with Premier one plumbing. As a matter fact, I don t use anyone else when I have plumbing issues at the house. They came the next day when I needed them urgently, and fixed three problems in one day they called in a second guy to fix what needed to be done so that I didn t have to wait. I keep a list of my favorite handymen and technicians and they are at the top!

Premier 1 contacted me right after I submitted my request. We agreed on a time, the plumber showed up right at the start of the window and within minutes had my drain back to full working order. Their pricing is fair, staff is very nice and I would not hesitate hiring or recommending them.

Service was amazing. Not only were the plumbers courteous but the head of the company Kevin made sure to be on site to double check that everything was running smoothly They explained everything that needed to be done before starting the work along with an estimated cost which wound up being lower than what was originally quoted. I highly recommend this company

They did come out again on Saturday, took their time to trace where the knocking noise in the line is still coming from and fixed it. I greatly appreciate their commitment to make sure the issue is resolved. I would highly recommend them!

I was referred to Premier 1 Plumbing through Angies list, and then again through Home advisor. Kevin arrived with his helper on time and found the leak very quickly. Kevin was very knowledgeable and respectful. We felt very comfortable and understood. They finished the job to our liking, and the priceunbeatable. Will def recommend to family and friends!
