Ordered cleaning on 04/09/12. Appointment on 04/13/12 at 9AM. Technician was prompt. Berber carpet about 8 years old andvery heavily soiled. Pretreating and cleaning took about an hour . It was almost odorless , actually lost the dirty carpet smell, soI guess I would describe the smell , if any, as just clean! I left the house to do some shopping after cleaning. The A/C and a smallfan was on. When I returned, about 2PM, the carpet was dry and looked like new. I vacuumed it per Pete's instructions, but it looked great, the house smelled great and we were very happy!
