Nic set me up with an Architecht who I liked very much. After the drawings were done, Nic took them to be approved and get the proper permits. They started the job of preparing the house for the two room addition and blocked off the rest of the house so that it wasn't affected with dirt, dust etc. From start to finish, it took 6 weeks and my rooms were up and running. All through the process, Nic and his crew were polite, clean and professional. Whenever I had a question or concern, Nic took the time to sit down and talk with me, and always had a solution or answer that made me know I was in good hands with his company. The finished product is beautiful and everyone who comes to the house, asks me for Nolan Construction's phone number.
