"Thank you so much for the feedback. I'm glad that in the end you did receive your results. I looked into it and it appears that your inspector needed to wait for the results from the lab. The inspection was done on a Friday and our lab is only open standard business hours so we did not receive the results until the following Tuesday. By that time you had cancelled your check so it took additional time to resolve the issue of payment. When the inspector takes samples it causes the process to take more time, however your inspector should have notified you so that you were aware of how long it would be before you received the results. This was our failing. I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for bringing the issue to my attention.
