They seemed pretty competent. I called them and left messages and nobody got back to me with the results. I cancelled the check that I had written because nobody got back to me. They did call me with the test results 3 days and I wrote another check. They are a little slow with responding with the results. They were okay. The fee was for the mold inspection.
Description of Work: I used Mold Check Professionals to test for mold and asbestos.

Thank you so much for the feedback. I'm glad that in the end you did receive your results. I looked into it and it appears that your inspector needed to wait for the results from the lab. The inspection was done on a Friday and our lab is only open standard business hours so we did not receive the results until the following Tuesday. By that time you had cancelled your check so it took additional time to resolve the issue of payment. When the inspector takes samples it causes the process to take more time, however your inspector should have notified you so that you were aware of how long it would be before you received the results. This was our failing. I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for bringing the issue to my attention. I was planning to buy a new house. So, they did the mold inspection for me. They had devices to check for moisture in the walls. The price wasn?t too much. They seemed very professional, and they gave me good advice. They noticed and told me about things that weren?t even related to the mold. I will hire them again in the future.

John was a pleasure to work with. He was punctual and professional. He also went above and beyond the call of duty, giving us lots of tips and suggestions for how to ensure we don't have any water intrusion problems in the future.
Description of Work: John performed an initial mold inspection for us, and then did a clearance check after the mold problem was remediated.

They came on time and they did a thorough inspection in a short amount of time. They took a sample right away and got back to me over the phone four days later. Later they sent me a copy of the inspection report and the lab analysis.
