Mills Pest Management

A year ago, Mills Pest Management solved a major rat problem at my home, which included rats in the attic, under the house, and in our kitchen. Within a few short days, Roger (from Mills) had sealed openings in our house, repaired vents destroyed by the rats, set traps, and completely eliminated the problem. Recently, I called Mills again after killing a rat in the attic. Drew immediately came out, surveyed the house, and resolved the problem by sealing a very small hole under one of the eaves. However, last week, I had to call Mills again when I found that we might have possum in our attic that sneaked in under our Spanish tile roof. Kevin, the owner of Mills, and Andrew came out early the next morning (Saturday) to set up a cage in my attic, along with inspecting the house once more for possible openings. I highly recommend Mills to anyone experiencing a problem with rodents or small wild animals (i.e., skunks, possums, raccoons). Their courteous and personable office staff, Paula & Alyssa, always find a way to send someone out as soon as possible. Along with offering an excellent price for their service, everyone at Mills is highly experienced and licensed, as well as being punctual, friendly, and professional.

It went great! Mills was very prompt and thorough. What impressed me the most was on the first visit to inspect our garage, they were the only company who suggested inspecting the rest of the house for termites as well. Thankfully, we only had them in the garage. That definitely gave me peace of mind. I would definitely work with Mills again!

Had persistent infestations of rats from nearby trees. First attempt to seal house failed and rats got in again. The second time, 6 months later, the service person was Roger, who turned out to be extraordinary. In my opinion, he's the current star for Mills Pest Management. He managed to find obscure openings previously unsealed and then sealed the house properly. I would always want Roger on the job because he is extremely courteous, thorough and hardworking and does everything he can do to finish the job right.

They sprayed outside the house. Recommended they come back every 3 months. Haven't had any issues since the first spray.

We set the traps in the attic and they came back and checked every few days. We caught nothing. Mills Pest found 7 openings in my attic, roof line & near crawl spaces that could be potential openings for critters. They sealed those up and the noises stopped. They came back for 6 weeks and we did not catch anything. When Kevin made the outside rounds, he found one rat in a trap. We felt there was one more and caught the other within days. I would highly recommend Kevin and Mills Pest Mgmt for any pest or bug service you need!

Fantastic. Kevin calmed our fears and did 2 treatments that took care of our Situaion. He was professional and very nice. Easy to ask questions and talk to. Highly recommend!

Kevin has been out to my home three times and has been extremely, professionals, prompt and generally helpful. The first time to treat for what ended up being German Cockroaches. He educated me about the problem, took into account that I had a dog, and took care of the problem quickly. He even offered a follow up appointment to make sure the problem was resolved. He now comes quarterly to spray the outside to avoid future problems. On the last visit, by chance, a swarm of bees were in the process of setting up a hive just outside my house and were finding their way into my home. It was terrifying. Kevin had just left doing his other work. I called him and he came back as quickly as possibly to help get rid of the bees. Thank goodness he was close. He's friendly, efficient and professional. Hire him!

I highly recommend Kevin and Mills Pest Management for any exterminator needs in Los Angeles. Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable about the pest issues we were having with our house. Since his last visit, we have no seen a single spider or ant inside the home. Highly recommended for peace of mind!

After 60 years I have discovered that it's far and few between you get what you pay for or actually receive what a company tells you they're going to provide. Not Mills Pest Management. Kevin Mills, the owner, was awesome on the phone and clearly explained what we were probably experiencing and what treatments he recommends. He initially discussed a more expensive treatment based on what I was telling him but once we figured out what was actually going on, he recommended a much lower cost treatment. Kevin easily could have charged me more money, almost twice as much, but instead gave me the treatment I actually needed to rid us of what we were experiencing. Kevin and his Technician Roger arrived on time and clearly explained the treatment he was recommending and why. Everything he said made sense and he clearly explained in laymens terms. Again, he could have easily charged me for the more expensive treatment but that's not in the cards for Kevin and his company. Mills Pest Management is an ethical, honest, and "what you see is what you get" company! No fluff or expensive marketing material that takes 30 minutes to explain. He told me what it will take to resolve the issue at hand and how much it will cost. Once I gave him the Green Light, they were finished in lass than 30 minutes, just as he promised! In summary, it simply doesn't get much better than what I experienced with Mills Pest Management. I can't put in words how refreshing it is to deal with a company that actually performs what they say they are going to do, leaving no unanswered questions and once they completed the job I actually felt fulfilled! A nice feeling I haven't experienced for a long time ......

I was looking for a local company and was very fortunate to have found Kevin. He was very responsive and addressed my issues. He constructed a new crawl space screen that should prevent any unwanted critters from entering my home. He also treated an area next to my home to address subterranean termites. I strongly recommend Mills Pest Management, and won't hesitate to call Kevin should I have anymore issues.

Very happy with my experience with Mills Pest Management. Very professional, very nice and good prices. I have them come out to my house bimonthly now for pest service - ants, spiders, crickets, etc. I highly recommend to anyone!
