They were recommended by my insurance company. After the initial work they came back to tell us all of the extra work they were going to have to do, I got a second opinion that recommended against the work they proposed.

Overall experience was very poor. They were eager and nice on the front end when giving me an estimate, but then the problems began. They replaced the clay pipe properly. But when they inspected the back line, they told me the entire line needed to be replaced and it would cost $10,000. They tried to pressure me into doing it site unseen. At least, they suggested, the line needed to be hydrojetted, which would cost $1,000 and a clean-out needed to be installed for $500. I agreed to that work, but not to the full pipe replacement. Instead, I had an independent inspector come out to look at the line. He looked at it and told me that the line hadn't actually been hydrojetted at all. He also said it probably didn't need to be replaced. Much more happened, but at the end of the day, they tried to suggest expensive work that didn't need to be done, they charged me for work they hadn't done, and the did some of their work wrong and had to re-do it. And no remorse in being caught.

A very expensive job, but I was given an initial discount and then a 10% senior discount.

THEY WANTED US TO BUY NEW PIPES AND A NEW GARBAGE DISPOSAL. THEY PLUMBER CAME ABOUT HALF AN HOUR LATE. DIDN'T COME EPREPARED AND HAD TO BORROW A HAMER FROM ME.

THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGABLE IN THEIR WORK, THEY WERE ON TIME, AND READY TO WORK. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK, AND IN THE FUTURE IF I HAVE ANY PLUMBING PROBLEMS IN MY HOUSE, I'LL KNOW WHO TO CONTACT.

WE CALLED IN AND ASKED THEM TO COME AND THEY CAME THE VERY NEXT DAY. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO OUR FRIENDS.
