Oscar's experience was superior to other technicians I talked with about my refrigerator problem and the cost to repair was half of what the others quoted. I was very impressed overall.

Contacted them thru Home Advisor and was called within 15 minutes. Oscar said he could come that afternoon, it was my ice maker had stopped working. I had called Sears b4 calling here because that's where I bought the fridge but it was 5 weeks!!! wait for service. Oscar called ahead as promised, arrived and was able to determine the problem, the ice maker was broken. He asked me if I wanted him to order part and finish when it arrived, which I agreed. 2 days later, Oscar called and had part and would come out that late afternoon, I said ok, he arrived as promised, installed, tested new part and all is well! Very professional, neat, and knew his job well, I will recommend him any time possible.

Arrived on time. Needed to order a part which he said he could have and install the next day. Called me and the new part was defective and he reordered the part. Arrived and he scheduled the installation the next day. Always keep me in the loop. He was professional and did what he said. I would use again. Price was fair, not cheap and not the most expensive.

I hired magic man to fix my washing machine. He was very prompt in contacting me. He found the problem was a broken filter and was able to replace it within a couple hours. Relieved he was able to fix my washing machine so I didn't have to buy a new one.

This is the second time I've hired Magicman and Oscar. I had a great experience the first time I specifically went looking for him on HomeAdvisor when I couldn't find his number. We have older SubZero which requires annual maintenance. Oscar is quick to evaluate the issue and offer common sense solutions. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
