Great! Very happy with product and service.

It was interesting because the product that another provider had, which I used, was no longer available and we needed to try and match it because it was several years later. So we found something at Lowe's that was close and that's why I went with Lowe's. For the transition from one room to the other, we didn't want to change the flooring, but the other provider's product had been discontinued. So we did find something at Lowe's that was close. It's not perfect but it's good enough.

The customer service at lowes is lacking. no follow up on errors with modern roofing.

Lowes will covers the charge from Direct TV for re-connecting my satt dish.

I purchased the washer/dryer at Lowes in Burbank. They gave me a 5 % discount for the set. They set up the delivery.Promptly the delivery man called to advise me of the 2 hour window for the delivery, he called me when he was 15 minutes away. The deliverymen were polite and efficient. After installation I discovered a problem with the washer and it was swapped out for another new one right away and with the no hassle delivery.

The clerk found me a desk lamp that was marked on clearance, marked down to 22.00. He got permission from his manager to sell it to me for 10.00, since it was not in the original box.

They are always very professional. They are helpful when you need somebody to point something out to you. Prices are reasonable. They are probably comparable to any other hardware store. On occasion, there can be a little bit of a line but it depends on if you come during a rush.

Considering the issues, I'd give them an A- overall.

I go to them for things like gardening material, plants, soil and ant killer. The people are very knowledgeable; they will stop and ask you if they can help you; they are good. Their prices are reasonable and the location is convenient for me. I will use them again in the future.

After difficulty on Lowe's part (at another nearby Lowe's store) in understanding the subtle details of my job, we went to Lowe's Burbank. After taking on-site measurements, we quickly agreed on a shower door size that would not interfere with the nearby toilet. I placed the order after reviewing and approving the on-site measurements taken by the Lowe's installer (Jose). The custom shower door was delivered to Loew's right on schedule less than 2 weeks later. Installation was arranged for the next day. The installation by Victor and Jose went very smoothly. They were very neat and clean. Delmer (sales associate in "Fashion Bath" department) was very helpful and very clear throughout the entire transaction. Only complaint: A misunderstanding about the applicability to my purchase of limited time promotional installation pricing at the first Lowe's (not the Burbank store) was very frustrating. Together with the trouble getting an accurate measurement caused me to look for another Lowe's. Lowe's is apparently are the exclusive seller of Holcam shower doors.

Chloe, the kitchen designer did a great job of laying out the cabinets and ordering every item needed for installation. The cabinets arrived on schedule, with good communications between me and the transport service. The cabinets were well protected in cardboard boxes, with corner supports. Overall, the cabinets are of good quality--a few misalgined drawers (very small fractional differences), some small nicks, but surprisingly, no major problems. My contractor used most of the pieces and I returned two filler packages that Lowes took back and credited my account. (P.S. - Chloe moved to NY and isn't there anymore.)

I utilized their services for a new carpeting and installation. Their work was great and efficient. The employees were fast and careful with our furniture. Easy and quick and quite a selection. Great prices.

I went to Lowe's and picked out and paid for the new dishwasher. They arrived and refused to put it in because the old one was still in place. No one ever told me it was my responsibility to unhook and removed the old appliance, so they just took the new one away. I hired someone to get rid of the old one, called Lowe's and asked for redelivery. They told me I needed to pay for the dishwasher again and then I would get a refund for one of them. Which I did and it took two months and many phone calls to get my money back. I still do not understand why they charged me the second time nor why they couldn't remove the old unit. I will never use Lowe's again because their customer service is lousy.

IT WAS EASY TO CONTACT THEM. THEY WERE QUICK TO COME AND DO THE WORK. THEY DID A RELATIVELY GOOD JOB AND THEY WERE ON TIME. THEIR WORKERS ARE ALWAYS GUARANTEED.

THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY PROMISED FOR A GOOD PRICE. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS. WE WENT TO THE STORE and CHOSE EVERYTHING. THEY CALLED WITHIN 48 HOURS TO SCHEDULE and THE WORK WAS DONE WITHIN A WEEK.

WE HAVE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. WE HAVE HAD A POOR EXPERIENCE WITH THEM BEFORE. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS EXCELLENT. THE PEOPLE THAT DID THE WORK WERE EXCELLENT.

I THOUGHT IT WAS FAIRLY EASY AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. IT WAS AN OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE. I WOULD SAY THAT IT WAS GOOD QUALITY. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO SHOW UP AND THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO AND I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

THE OUTCOME WAS AMAZING! THEY WERE REALLY POLITE AND TOLD US IT WOULD LOOK GOOD AND THAT WE HAD TO STAY OUTSIDE.

THE GUYS WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. THE WINDOWS WERE GREAT QUALITY, SO THE PRICE MATCHED THE QUALITY.

I BOUGHT TILES FROM LOWE'S AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY ALSO HELPED ME FIND THE OTHER MATERIALS I NEEDED. I WILL GO BACK TO LOWE'S BECAUSE THEY REALLY KNOW HOW TO GIVE GOOD SERVICE.

WE WERE AMAZED THAT OUR SLIDING DOORS COULD BE DELETED AND THE NEW SLIDING DOORS WITH DOUBLE PANES COULD BE INSTALLED WITHIN THE REALM OF ABOUT 3 1/2 HOURS. THE DAMAGE TO THE HOUSE WAS MINIMAL AND ONE OF THE NEW DOORS HAD TO BE CUSTOM MADE DUE TO THE EXTRAORDINARY LENGTH. IN AT ABOUT 8:30 AM, GONE BY NOON. ONE EXPERIENCED INSTALLER. TWO HELPERS. USE AGAIN WITH RESERVATIONS.
