I phoned after finding an ad online.  The price quoted was $299, with a 10% discount when using the ad.  I was given an appointment for Monday (called on Friday).  The technician showed up early (tried to reach me first).  I had to have someone here to meet him, but he spoke to me on the phone, told me exactly what he needed to do and what he needed access to.  The job was done quickly.  This was one of the best prices I found for this service.
