THE SERVICE PERSON CAME ON TIME AND STARTED WORK. HE WAS MINDFUL TO KEEP THE DOORS CLOSED BECAUSE OF MY TWO INDOOR CATS. HE DID THE WORK QUICKLY AND WELL. WE CHECKED ALL THE LOCKS TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED. LATER, I RECEIVED $10 BACK WHEN THEY FOUND A MATH ERROR ON MY INVOICE. HOW INCREDIBLE IS THAT? THE BEST OF SERVICE AND HONEST TOO!
