THE TECHNICIAN CAME TO OUR HOME, TESTED AND HAD THE PARTS NECESSARY TO FIX THE PROBLEM ON THE SPOT. THE 6 MONTH WARRANTY WAS FARE CONSIDERING OUR BIG SCREEN WAS 7 YEARS OLD.
