Kathryn Cerra Associates
About us
Kathryn Cerra Associates is a small woman-owned and operated landscape architectural design and planning firm. One licensed landscape architect and one associate provide services for residential, commercial and public clients and emphasize landscape plans that help to reduce water and energy use. Our custom landscape plans can assist both you and your selected installation contractor to understand the level of quality desired and the costs involved. We are licensed by the Landscape Architect's section of the California Board of Architects, registration #3042, and have provided services in Southern California since 1999. Within most of the Los Angeles area we can come to your site for an initial meeting without charge to you. At your request, we will make a detailed written proposal indicating all services to be provided and the cost for each. Pricing may be either an agreed upon lump sum amount or may be a time and materials contract. We have experience preparing landscape architectural plans for any size project, whether a small container garden on your balcony, a streetscape, or a several million dollar multi-building commercial or facility. We have interest and expertise in designing for water and energy efficiency.
