The works done on time like he said, he is trust worthy, I work with another contractor before I hire Arthur, that guy very sweet talk at the beginning, we wish that guy got the karma, I mean bad karma, we wish him, he got stroke stay in wheelchair soon and for long times, for what he had done to us. I really recommended for Arthur, the way his work, is very professional, 5 stars for him .
