Description of Work: Once again Kudos to Irish Spring Plumbing. They did more than fix my ankle stop leak, and they also fixed the adjacent connectors at no extra charge.

Description of Work: I wish to recommend Marceleno of Irish Spring Plumbing in the highest possible terms.

Description of Work: I was remodeling my kitchen and hired Irish Spring Plumbing to install a tankless water heater. I did much research about the Noritz tankless systems. According to the manufacturer, in order to ensure that the factory warranty remains valid, you must hire an authorized plumber to install the system. The manufacturer recommended Irish Spring Plumbing. Since Marceleno was a licensed plumber I also asked him to do the rough and finished plumbing in the kitchen and laundry room. I also interviewed 7 other Angie's List plumbers and received estimates (I wish I would have hired them). To make a long story short. By the end of the first day I had holes in my walls (in other rooms of the house), structural beams that were cut and needed to be replaced/repaired, and a hot water heater that was not properly installed and cost me an additional 800.00 to fix, they left a huge mess and did not clean up after themselves, and nearly nothing was done to code, the exhaust vent for the hot water heater was not properly installed, and the gas line bypassed the earthquake shut off! I asked Marceleno to not come back. I had to hire a new plumber to redo everything!!! This has cost me nearly twice as much $$!!! I will only use Angie's List contractors from now on.
