IKEA

We have been to IKEA before and we knew that we could get a bed for a good price there. We didn't have to deal with any employees, we just picked the model we wanted from the floor, paid for it, picked it up from the warehouse, and took it home. No complaints on the bed yet so we have been quite satisfied.

My experience with IKEA was wonderful. I was concerned about trying to deal with so much furniture at one time, but I got all the help I needed. Very friendly people helped put everything on carts, got me through check out, and over to the delivery area. All the furniture was delivered and in the new apartment before noon - THE NEXT DAY! A few days later (my request - they would have come the next day), IKEA men from a moving company showed up right on time, and spent almost five hours putting everything together and in place. They were great. If you like this style of furniture, you can't do better than IKEA. It costs more to buy a couch at other high-end furniture stores than all my items combined. Moving involves dealing with endless numbers of nincompoops. IKEA is a shining star. I only wish they handled cable and internet connections.

I am immensely pleased with the quality of their kitchens which far exceeds the bulk of their furniture. However, they have a pretty bad situation to deal with exchanges, returns, and missing parts. I've spent about 3 hours in their returns line since the purchase began and am waiting for them to (hopefully!) pick up a cracked oven cabinet. Would I order again? Absolutely! Just be prepared for a few frustrating moments.

THE STAFF WAS VERY PATIENT AND THEY HELPED US FIND EVERYTHING THAT WE NEEDED. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE SHOPPING AT IKEA SINCE ALL OF THE THINGS THERE WERE CLEARLY DISPLAYED FOR CUSTOMERS. WE BOUGHT A NUMEROUS AMOUNT OF DECORATIONS FOR OUR NEW HOUSE AND IT WAS ALL WORTH IT.

IT WAS GREAT! WE GOT THE HELP WE NEEDED AND THE WORKERS THERE ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION WE ASKED THEM. THEY KNEW HOW TO PLAN THINGS AND TAUGHT US HOW TO DECORATE SO MY HOUSE LOOKS NICE!

OVERALL, THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY WERE POLITE. THEIR SERVICE WAS GOOD AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THE LIVING ROOM LOOKS BETTER THAT BEFORE.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD AND I HAD A LOT OF FUN TRYING TO FIND MY BED COVERS AND I JUST ENJOY THE DESIGN. THE HELP FROM THE WORKERS WAS GOOD AS WELL.

THEY WERE VERY NICE. WE HAD A VARIETY OF COUCHES TO PICK FROM, NOT ONLY THAT, BUT THEY HAD MANY DIFFERENT COLORS.

FOR KITCHEN CABINETS, THEY'VE GOT DECENT PRICES AND DESIGNS BUT YOU NEED A LOT OF PATIENCE IN DEALING WITH THEIR DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
