It was not the typical type of vacuum. He was able to use his good sense to creatively solve the problem. He is a smart guy and his prices are fine. It is a nice family run business.

I could not be more pleased with this experience. I brought the unit in for two problems: a frayed power cord and a cracked hose. Chris was obviously mindful of holding down costs. He suggested replacing the cracked hose section while retaining and re-using the existing metal ends of the old hose. I asked him to provide a longer power cord. He agreed, but advised adding ONLY the length that would still wind-up properly. He also found an easy fix for a problem he noticed that I had not mentioned. He called with an extremely reasonable quote, just when he said he would. The unit was ready for pick-up the next day, at exactly the price quoted. I am 100% satisfied with the work.

THE OWNER IS PLEASANT AND RESPONSIVE. HIS PRICES ARE FAIR AND HE ALWAYS CALLS ME WITH A QUOTE OF THE ESTIMATES FOR REPAIRS AND CALLS WHEN THE JOB IS FINISHED.

HE WAS GREAT, HE HAD IT READY WHEN PROMISED, I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR IT TO BE FINISHED. HE KNEW A LOT ABOUT VACUUMS AND GAVE GREAT ADVICE ALSO. VERY REASONABLE COST.
