It was great. I called the day before to make the appointment. He showed up on time, the owner was the one that came out. He knew what he was doing and explained everything to me. He finished quickly. My lock is working perfectly. He is very pleasant and polite. The intake person I spoke to on the phone was also pleasant, polite, and helpful.

Talked to Matt on the phone- Matt and Jim showed up to do the job. They were at our door in under half an hour and even though the job was more complex than they had originally thought they stuck with the original price quote.

In less than an hour, I went from three doors and three different keys (two with rather sticky locks) to three doors and one key, and the locks function really well now. I am very happy and really appreciate the quick and excellent service.

They showed up on time and were quick and efficient. I thought I had to change all the locks when I bought the new house, and they were the ones who told me that I just needed to rekey the locks and that it was a fraction of the cost of actually changing the locks. One of the locks was broken, and they said that they could rekey it, but it would still not work. They were very nice, and I thought they were really honest. Their price was very reasonable. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

We've used them before, but this time we were a little disappointed. The response time was longer than expected. We called them at night the day the bathroom door got stuck. I expected to hear from them the next day and so I called them again and they eventually came later that evening. They said they were delayed with another job. The work was done well and the price was fair.

Start to finish? Nothing short of excellence. These folks are true craftsmen and professionals, and they will be the only locksmith I will ever use if the need should arise. I cannot find the words to express my deep appreciation for their hard work and dealing with old and difficult locks, so that I could finally have one key work all of them.

The handle/lock on the side door broke and we couldn't get the door open. We called this locksmith to come out and replace it. They arrived when they said they would, replaced the lock, keyed it so our old keys would work in it and serviced the front door lock as well. They were truly professional, friendly and competent. The price was reasonable, especially because now we can get in and out of that door. We would definitely use them again.

The company special-ordered a part for me and called to schedule the work within a few days of my original call. The locksmith came a little later than he said he would, but did an excellent job with the installation. Both the new lock and the adjusted old one turn smoothly and look good.

Called late Friday, needed work done on Monday. They said no problem and would call on Monday to schedule a time. Called as promised. Came as promised. Two man crew did the job quickly, professionally, and everything worked. Brought all the right equipment and materials in their van. Good communication. Good work. Thanks.

THEY DID COME KIND OF LATE BUT THAT WAS FINE. WHEN THEY GOT TO WORK IT WAS REALLY FAST FOR BOTH OF US. THE GUY WAS REALLY NICE AND HE DID NOT RUSH HIS WORK TO LEAVE.

THEY'RE A TOP NOTCH LOCKSMITH. THEY'RE OLD SCHOOL. THEY'VE BEEN IN BUSINESS A REALLY LONG TIME. THEY ALSO KNOW THEIR PROFESSION WELL.
