When the installer was on the roof, he was very disrespectful by walking on my tile roof. He damaged many tiles and I had to pay to have the roof fixed. I was so upset that I canceled services immediately.

I CALLED THEM ONCE AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WERE GOING TO BE THERE THE NEXT DAY. THE NEXT DAY THEY GOT THERE AND CHECKED FOR THE PROBLEM. THE PROBLEM WAS IT HAD A POOR SIGNAL AND IN AN HOUR IT WAS FIXED.
