Ralph who helped us with our purchase of high end Windsor brand aluminum and
wood clad window and French doors. From the minute that we met him it was
obvious that he was very acquainted with creating a computerized quote. He paid
close attention to the details and confirmed our order two times before placing
it with the manufacturer.
When we arrived to pick up our order, we realized that there
was one glitch that was a mistake made on the manufacturers end. Before we even
left the building, Ralph had already called their rep and made arrangements to
have a replacement window ordered. To me, this is a true test of customer
service - how things are handled when something goes wrong. They passed that
test with flying colors!
We did get a few quotes before going to Fusion Windows and
Doors and felt that their prices were very fair and competitive. But
regardless of the prices charged, I honestly feel that the customer service
they offer is priceless. From the minute my wife walked in the door she was greeted
with a warm hello and both Sarkis and Tigren were very helpful and nice as
well.
The communication was excellent - I don't think that we ever
waited more than 15 minutes for Ralph to reply to any of the many texted inquiries and no
matter how many questions were asked, he always treated us with A+++ courtesy
and patience.
I highly recommend Fusion Windows and Doors and wouldn't
hesitate to do return business in the future.
Our project was not a large project, but I felt Tigran still treated us with
the same level of respect and courtesy as anyone else. I was pregnant at the time and needed things
done within a certain time period because the baby was due the following month,
and he worked within our time frame. His installers did an excellent job. They were
clean and also worked around the wrought iron bars on the windows. We were pleasantly
surprised at how quick and painless the whole process was. We had some vinyl
window replacements done. I would hire them again. I didn't join Angie's list until recently but, I felt confident in
writing them a review because we will be having additional work for them.
I have given Fusion general dimensions over the phone, his quote was fantastic. A week later I called and told him it was a go. He came and measured the windows. The quote came in even less. he thought it would be about a month to get the windows and schedule installation.
Well, in less than a month my windows are installed and I love them!!
The one thing I would like to add is that Tigran is very responsive which is super helpful. There was a billing error and he fixed it promptly, there was a change in the delivery (only one day which was actually better for us), the installers were about 40 minutes late but he did call and tell me they were on their way at 9. With email and texts and the use of smart phones, it is easy to maintain a good customer service realtionship by keeping in constant contact with the client and I feel Tigran was really on the ball here and his communication was excellent.
Once we settled on a price, Tony put in the order and couple of weeks later a semi truck rolled up and the windows were brought in and couple of the contractors installed the windows.
My general contractor was on the look out, and I came in at the end of the project, everything looked brand new and so far no issues whatsoever.
Even got a follow up call a month later making sure everything is going smoothly.
