Our experience with Encore Enteprises was consistently bad and frustrating. The first month they charged double for their management fee and we had to request a refund. They were late paying bills to vendors and service providers which impacted our credit status. They did not manage the operating checking account properly resullting in several overdraft checks and NSF fees to the account.We had to constantly ask for income and expense reports each month even though they had told us we would receive them by the tenth of each month. Many times we did not receive copies of receipts for work done or services provided which were paid for from the operating account.They were often late in sending us the monthly owners draw which we needed to pay the mortgage on the property. Several times we received expense statements or financial information for other properties under their management. After six months of h*** we fired them. Caveat emptor
