The work was done in a timely manner, taxes were E-filed; all of my questions were answered; the only negatives: Ms. Christina Terusa is the owner and is a certified accountant; Ms. Chung is not certified; when I first called I spoke to Ms. Terusa and she quoted me a price range of $75-125. The final fee was $225.00. The location of their office is 30-45 mins. away from my home.
Their prices are a bit higher than I paid in the past, but when I take into account the fact the I could not even use the other person's work, this is much more than reasonable.
They have systems in place to gather your QB information without taking your laptop. They are incredibly organized, punctual and professional. What an upgrade! I'll be working with El CId as long as they are around and I will recommend them to anyone who needs bookkeeping services.
Since I'm a contractor and not an accountant, I appreciate having someone I can call when I have questions who can give me answers that I can understand. When I need a report I can't figure out how to print or a quick reconciliation in the middle of the month they respond immediately. And I'm probably saving 75% of what I was paying to have someone employed fulltime.

I brought in 2 huge boxes of miscellaneous receipts, bank statements and credit card statements for my personal accounts and business accounts which were in no order whatsoever. I was totally amazed by the friendliness of the employees at the office. I gave Christina a run down of my information about my personal accounts and business accounts. She said she would call in 1 day to give me an estimate. I was so happy when they called me one day later to tell me they were ready to data entry my information for 2 years into a QuickBooks file. After reviewing my paperwork, they gave me an estimate of $2250 for doing two years taxes and two years of bookkeeping. I was assigned a bookkeeper and that bookkeeper kept me up to date on my account which was either hourly or weekly. Approximately, three weeks later they called me to tell me everything was completed. I was so happy to get this project done and have my taxes filed for the first time before April 15. Oh, by the way, the actual bill was $2120 instead of $2250.
