They are great. They do what they say they are going to do when they say there are going to do it. They are responsible. They are fair with their price. It took an hour, hour and an half. They did everything I needed done.

Firstly, Manny of Don Lollar's crew greeted us cordially and professionally. He LISTENED to me when I warned him that he must never leave any door open as to keep our indoor cats indoors.
Within minutes, Manny discovered that a plumber we had here four months ago had reduced the water pressure (PSI) to only 15! We believe that previous plumber had done so to make sure our hammer pipe problem in a bathroom would be sure to resolve (even if he himself didn't do the right things to fix it). Manny increased the pressure to about 65 and immediately all was well with our drooping pop-up sprinklers.
With time to spare (for the initial one-hour minimum service call), Manny resolved a nagging plumbing hardware problem that had been haunting us for five years. And the resolution was ridiculously simple and inexpensive. Additionally, he looked at two toilet issues that have also been bothering us for years. Furthermore, he appraised a kitchen-sink clean-out problem and suggested a much more cost-effective and elegant solution that would avoid relocating the pipe to outdoors for replacing galvanized pipe with the proper, less-likely-to-clog plastic variety. (We will be scheduling that job with Don Lollar).
To sum it up, Don Lollar's Plumbing from the friendly, efficient phone receptionist who made our appointment right on thru to Lollar's on-time arrival, cordial professionalism, knowledgable plumbing, fair price and advice, this company is highly recommended.

After the initial bidding process they start the job in time and for 3 days the work per schedule. It is an excellent team, they work clean and very professional.

He came out and cleaned out the sewer line which was backing up and the tub drain which was backing up as well. They're very friendly. They're efficient and clean. I can't think of enough to say about them. The price has always been excellent.

The person answering the phone was exceptionally professional and informative. The plumber arrived on time and was very good at his job as well as being very personable. They show excellence in their work at a fair price.

Great. They came when they said they were going to, repaired it fast, got the part, and took care of it. They were in and out within a short time. It's really important to me to have repair people NOT waste my time, and they are great. No time wasting here. I highly recommend them. When they installed the dishwasher, it was the same - reasonable quote, fast work, showed up when they said they were going to.

All work was done well, everyone showed up on time and I had a minor dispute on one job which was resolved quickly and corteously in my favor. I give them an A grade and would gladly reccomend them.

The experience overall was very good. It took a couple of weeks to schedule me in, but I know now why they are booked well in advance. They do great work are very professional and on time. No surprises. They did this work without breaking much concrete and the price was very fair.

We needed a plumber to come out and just LOOK at a problem in our bathroom to estimate the cost for our landlord. We called several plumbers in the area and got rude service. Don's office was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. Don came out for free and told us what we needed to know. Even though he didn't perform any work, Don is now our new plumber.

IT WAS GOOD TO SEE THE PLUMBER. WITHIN AN HOUR THE STOPPAGE WAS CLEARED AND A NEW TRAP ON THE SINK WAS REPLACED. HE DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS. IT HAS BEEN WORKING GREAT EVER SINCE.

THEY WERE EXTREMELY POLITE, THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND THEY WERE ABLE TO RESPOND QUICKLY, SO THAT WE WERE WITHOUT HOT WATER FOR A VERY SHORT TIME. THEY EVEN STRAPPED THE WATER HEATER IN WITHOUT MY ASKING. LOVE THESE GUYS!

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AT UN DRAINING THE DRAIN CAUSE IT WAS CLOGGED REALLY BADLY AND WE REALLY NEEDED HIM because IT WAS ALSO THE WATER WAS DRIPPING A LOT.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL WITH THEIR WORK. THEY DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB AT their WORK AND DID A NICE JOB AT FIXING IT. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY ARE NICE.

HE UNCLOGGED THE SINK AND MADE IT START RUNNING AGAIN. THE PLUMBER WAS NOT ON TIME. HE LEFT A MESS AROUND THE KITCHEN, BUT THEY STILL DID A GREAT JOB.

THE PLUMBER ARRIVED IN TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB ON REPAIRING THE WATER HEATER. HE WORKED REALLY HARD SO WE CAN SHOWER. HE WAS REALLY NICE TO ME AND HELPED A LOT.

THEY RESCUED US, AS OUR WATER HEATER HAD BROKEN THAT DAY AND I WAS WAITING FOR ANOTHER PLUMBER TO CALL BACK WHO NEVER DID. WHEN I CALLED THEM, THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO COME AND REPLACE THE WATER HEATER. THEY ARE TERRIFIC, I CAN TRULY COUNT ON THEM.

QUICK AND FRIENDLY SERVICE. THE SINK WORKS GREAT NOW. HE DOES GREAT WORK FOR OUR REALTOR. HE HAS A LOT OF EXPERIENCE. WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.
