It is a French company but they have people in California. Saddle fitters come out and fit your horse. Then the custom made saddle is done in France. You put half down and call you when the saddle is ready usually about 2 months. My saddle got caught in customs and then the saddle maker contacted me and got my saddle out of customs. It is freaking fantastic and they are great.
