We have used Certified several times in the past for repairs and/or maintenance. The work was always excellent.
When we installed central air and heat into our house 25 years ago, the original installer made horrible mistakes and the installation was a mess. Ended in arbitration. We called Certified and they re-installed another unit and we were very pleased with the work. We have had the same a/c and heating unit for 25 years.

They just fine. They come and they do their work. Ken just told me that they worked one day notice thing. We realized that we were going to open up the ceiling in the kitchen and we always had trouble with the ducting on the side of our house. So, we call them up and asked them to come over as the ceilings were open; I had to jump upstairs and fix the ducting. They needed to do it the next day and they came on the next day. They are always good too. When they come in, they actually service our air conditioner and we know it always works. We don't know the way but as if we care. We will use their service in the future.

In 2009, I bought a heating and A/C unit from this company. The service was excellent and the price below competitors that I checked. I had no trouble with the unit for 11 years. In May 2010, it stopped working. I made an appointment with a service technician. He showed up exactly on time. (The only make fixed appointments for the first call of the day.) The technician diagnosed and fixed the problem within about 90 minutes. This included a run out to get me a new air filter. The total charge was $225 parts and labor. This was excellent service for a very good price.

Certified showed up and completed the job in less then the estimated time and did a good job of clean-up, answering questions, providing Gas Co, rebate paperwork, etc. I only have good things to say and I'll call Jack & Crew next time I need HVAC help. Thanks!

Great. We were quoted within a couple of days and they began the following week (despite their busy schedule). They are very respectful of our house and they have been very clean. They worked well with the other subcontractors to ensure efficiency. I highly recommend them.

CERTIFIED AIR ACCOMMODATED MEMORIZING THE SAME DAY. THEY GAVE ME A FAIR RUSH QUOTE AND REPAIRED THE WORK IN LESS THEN 2 HOURS. THE REPAIR MAN WAS PROFESSIONAL AND REPLACED MY FILTER FOR NO CHARGE.

THERE HAVE BEEN TIMES WHEN WE'VE HAD TO WAIT ALMOST A WEEK. OTHER THAN THAT THE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN FINE. THEY'RE GOOD IN THEIR PROFESSIONALISM. THEY'RE ALSO CLEAN.
