They did all the work in under 9 hours. When needing the kitchen to be dry-walled, they came up with a great recommendation for a drywall team. They were fantastic. Jerry, the owner, went above and beyond on my kitchen remodeling. I would highly recommend them as well.

I requested a quote here on line, and 4 days later did not get a reply. So I called and spoke to Jeff. He never got the inquiry from Angie's List (only one of the 4 did -- Angie's List appears to favor certain vendors). He gave me a price over the phone, I accepted it and we set a time for that Thursday, between 9-10AM. He was a no show. I called and left messages twice, and also e-mailed him. It's now 2 days later and still no reply. I got someone else to do the job. Based on other bad reviews, he will try to blame this on the internet, but we spoke and set the appointment, so that will not fly.

Excellent service, would hire again. The job involved both electrical and plumbing work, Jerry is licensed to perform both and did a great job. Price was great.

In our initial message to this provider I explained that we are renters and want an estimate to show the landlord to have some wiring redone in our home. (We've discovered that some of the wiring in the condo we rent is not wired correctly, the ground are swapped with the neutrals, swapped with the positives, neutral is swapped with the positive, the GFI's don't work, etc., and we want an official record of it with some estimates to show the owner.) This company replied almost one month after our first message to them. They offered us a free estimate and we scheduled the time for them to come out to our home. They came out and took a look at our place and what was going on. My BF was home during their visit and they discussed the solutions to some of the electrical problems we've been having in our home. They told him they would send the estimate to us via email. A few days later I still hadn't received their estimate, so I asked them for it. They told me normally they charge $99 for an estimate, but since they already came out they would only ask me for $50 for the estimate. They should have told me that upfront how much they charge for an estimate like the other companies we contacted did. They should not have told me it would be FREE in the first message they sent me if that wasn't the case. This is a bait and switch tactic. I contacted Angie's List about it and their customer service representative told me to write a review to let other members know what happened.

Good overall. The only complaint I have is the new thermostat control that was replaced does not fit really well on the wall bracket. Its loose and moves a bit when you set it or change the temperature...

Jerry is awesome!!

I just purchased my own home, and the contractors that performed the upgrades were...not skilled. I had a number of problems with plumbing and electric that Calgreen was able to get repaired quickly. The service I've gotten with Calgreen has been great! Jerry has been here twice to fix plumbing issues, install new shower fixtures, and run some new electrical. Both he and his team have been great and professional. Excellent quick service. I had called a number of both plumbers and electricians for all the issues i was having, but Jerry was the only one that responded quickly, and he was able to do it all! I will for sure be using Calgreen for my plumbing and electrical needs.

Jerry did a fly by on the same day I called, in order to evaluate the job. The following day his men arrived and were professional and courteous.

Jerry was responsive on phone calls and text. His quote of the phone was so good that I had him come by the house to make sure there were no hidden costs. In the end, Jerry had the best price and the work was flawless too! I would not hesitate to call Jerry again for any needs!

We had a small bath that had no ventilation fan.  The excess moisture was creating problems with the buildup of mildew.  I met with Jerry from Calgreen for an evaluation and estimate.  Jerry described the range of fans available, as well as the price range for the parts.  He described the work that would need to be done.  He made a fan recommendation, which I thought was just what we needed.  We agreed upon a date.
Jerry and his crew man should up on time, with all the parts needed.  The job was done in under three hours and they did an excellent job with the cleanup.  The fan has been working great and has made a huge difference clearing out the moisture in the bath.  Jerry is a very pleasant person to work with and very professional.  I'll be saving his contact information for our future electrical needs.

Jerry has been my electrician/plumber for years.  He is the best I have ever had work on my house.  I have recommended him to friends and they have been very happy as well.
When I called him and described the symptoms, he knew exactly what the problem was.  He has never tried make the job seem bigger than it is. He came and solved the problem very quickly.

  He's very easy to work with, cares about his customers and explains everything he's doing ahead of time plus has a great sense of humor!

This is from memory. I don't have my records in front of me. The price may have been a bit higher or lower than stated. Owner was very punctual and professional. He gave me the lowest bid of four bids from Angie's List providers. (One of those providers actually had an Angie's list "discount" coupon, but I discovered that there were many necessary "extras" the coupon didn't cover, and when you accounted for all that, the price was actually quite high).  So I went with the low bid, thinking that any Angie's List provider with a good record would be able to do the job. Calgreen came out and did the job with no problems. When the inspector from the City was available, the owner was on hand and walked through the inspection. The inspector was very impressed with the professionalism and the quality of the work and of course the job passed inspection.  I was very pleased and happy that I'd picked Calgreen and I would definitely recommend them.

Following a power outage, one of the electrical circuits was no longer operational, and resetting the breaker didn't bring it back to life.  The circuit breaker which was malfunctioning was an ancient Bulldog Pushmatic model (I believe), and those went out of use decades ago.  Jerry and his co-worker managed to locate one after checking several supply houses, and replaced it. 
The proper solution is to replace the service panel, and that's what we plan to do in the next few months (budget permitting).  But I appreciated his taking the time and trouble to locate a working replacement which restored the circuit to service for now.

I should've used Jerry. I reached out to Jerry/Calgreen and another electrical contractor, both of whom I'd used in the past. Jerry was the first to respond--before 7am only a few hours after I emailed him. I went with the other contractor b/c the prices were about the same and since I was having a circuit breaker replaced I used the contractor who did the initial install of the panel. Turns out Jerry would've been the better bargain given his generous Angieslist offer. I'm pretty sure I left a review for Jerry's past work, where I had a great all around experience that went above and beyond expectations.

Jerry arrived on time and we communicate right from start. His assistant was also very polite. As soon as the entered my home he knew just what to do and set about the tasks. They performed the jobs on hand quickly and professionally. If I ever needed someone who's a plumber and electrician, he would be the one I were to call. I highly recommend them and  I am going to let my friends and neighbors know.
