HE TOOK ABOUT 45 MINUTES WITH ME JUST EXPLAIN HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS, THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FILTERS. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY SAID TO FIRE POOL MAN BECAUSE HE WAS OVERCHARGING ME. THEY WERE VERY GOOD PROFESSIONALS.

HE PUT IN THE NEW FILTER AND NOW HE HAS BEEN DOING OUR POOL FOR FOUR YEARS AND IT IS PERFECT. CRYSTAL CLEAR. HIS PRICES WERE HIGHER BUT HE PROVIDES HEALTH BENEFITS TO HIS EMPLOYEES AND I WILL SUPPORT THAT.
